We are seeking to recruit qualified personnel for the following posts.


1. SALES AND MARKETING SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and maintain customer database.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Make sales calls to existing and new clients.
  • Monitor competitors market conditions, product development and market trends.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good clientele relationship
  • Manage customer records and filing all sales related documents.
  • Assist in product deliveries to customers
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, record details of enquiries and complains.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments with regards to sales
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Report promptly to customers enquiries
  • Collect and analyse sales data to prepare marketing reports{weekly}
  • Assist in sales invoicing
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in sales and marketing
  • Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum two to three years sales experience with demonstrated success as a strong performer
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
  • Must be able to provide constructive feedback in a positive fashion
  • Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in sales and marketing
  • Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiating skills and ability to close sales deals,
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum three years experience in sales with demonstrated success of a high performer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to provide constructive feedback.

  • Team player
  • Basic knowledge in Kaizen principles will be an added advantage
  • Should have a valid driving licence with at least two years experience
  • Good report writing skills; should have good excel skills

3. FLEXOGRAPHIC PRESS OPERATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Safely operate 1-6 color flexographic printing presses to produce high quality printed film with little support from the production supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret and compare dockets and artwork to insure production will meet specifications.
  • Predetermine input materials (film, ink, etc) needed and have them at line prior to changeover.
  • Set-up printing press to produce product meeting safety quality and productivity standards.
  • During operation, determine all necessary adjustments to the printing press to maintain safety, quality and productivity standards and make such adjustments.
  • Determine and take necessary action for printing press repairs and inform production supervisor of operating problems.
  • Keep accurate records of reclaim and downtime.
  • Perform required quality checks and record information.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor
  • Communicate and work effectively with coworkers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years wide web flexographic experience (process printing experience preferred)
  • Able to pass color perception test.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic mechanical and technical understanding.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Basic film processing and bag making skills will be an added advantage

4. STOREKEEPER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Stores Management & Stock Control Purchasing & Support
  • Chattered Institute of Purchasing Supplies and Management certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work with computerized inventory control systems
  • Basic training in Kaizen Principles will be an added advantage

DUTIES

  • To inspect and ensure all goods received in the stores are in good condition and that they satisfy LPO requirements as evidenced by the relevant paperwork
  • Responsible for stores arrangement and ensuring that the store is well arranged and that goods are clearly segregated between slow moving, obsolete and damaged items.
  • Ensuring all goods are well stacked, within reasonable height and labeled with no double storing.
  • Responsible for stores cleanliness, tidiness and ensure the stores are well illuminated
  • Assist in stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Assist with proper documentation and safe stores record keeping
  • Responsible for safe loading and unloading of items to ensure efficient and effective receipt and dispatch. Ensure quantities dispatched are of the right quantity and per specifications in delivery not/invoice.
  • Ensure best practice in stores management
  • Responsible for own safety and the safety of others in the stores area
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Stores Supervisor and or his/her assigns from time to time

5. STORES ASSISTANT

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in stores management & Stock Control or Purchasing & Supply management (CIPS) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar position
  • Working of computerized inventory control systems
